The B30 Series Concentration Meters are perfectly suited for applications where two liquid concentrations need to be measured and monitored with a high degree of accuracy.
The Concentration Meter B33 is specially developed for the flat panel display industry to measure in ternary solutions such as TMAH+PR (a product of the LCD display manufacturing process).
Rhosonics helps the industry to use ultrasonic technology for in-line, real-time measurements, through which a process optimization can be achieved, allowing a safer, more reliable, sustainable and cost effective operation. This is how Rhosonics contributes to a smart and green world.

The CCM B32 is a smart and compact measuring instrument, that can distinguish three components of the quaternary liquid solution TMAH+CO3+PR. This is formed after the photoresist (PR) is dissolved by Tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH).
All concentrations are monitored real-time with the highest accuracy, shown in weight percent (wt%) on the B32 display and transferred via an RS232/Modbus RTU signal for communication with a PLC or control room. The CCM B32 uses the combined data of four different measurement technologies for the determination of the three concentrations. Three technologies are integrated into the B32 and the fourth is coming from a third-party device.
CCM B32 consists of four components: a wall panel, electrical box, sensor box and communication box. The installation can easily be done in four steps.

CCM B33 displays real-time information of the measured concentrations and measures with exceptionally high accuracy up to +/- 0.0001 wt% (= 1 ppm). The concentration meter can offer this high accuracy due to the new sensor materials that are used. Another advantage is the extremely high chemical resistance of the wetted parts which makes the instrument suitable for a wider range of applications.
The concentration meter has an innovative modular design, consisting of two boxes with the electronics and liquids separated. The sensor box employs one sensor which measures the sound velocity, electrical conductivity and temperature at the same time. The three measured physical parameters are used to calculate and define the two concentrations of a liquid solution.
Easy installation
The modular design of the CCM B33 results in very easy installation. The installation and replacement have never been so easy and are done in four steps. Typical places for installation are in concentration management systems or other systems which are used for chemical supply in the production process of semiconductors, solar panels, LCD displays or in the chemical industry.
